A Value-Added Service from the IPE Council
The IPE Council’s charge is to provide advice and recommend actions that support development of an intentional, systemic, and systematic approach to interprofessional practice and education at Salus for the benefit of patients and clients.
The Council developed the Quality IPECP Peer Review Service to support and guide faculty in creating and offering Quality IPECP, as recognized within the field, to University students. Administrative support for the Service is provided by GISP.
A formal letter will be provided, with documentation, that can be included as support for the annual review, promotion, tenure, recognition, etc.
Highlights of the Service
- A two-week turnaround with application dates timed to IPE Council meetings.
- An IPECP Clearinghouse, in Blackboard, full of resources—including sample IPECP offerings, IPECP ideas and tools, guidance for Quality IPECP, and the rubric used in the review.
- Access to the IPECP Faculty Mentorship Program
